Thank you for changing my life!
I started doing yoga after my physio insisted it would be really good for my back given that (as a lawyer) I spend prolonged hours glued to my desk. I tried a lot of different classes and studios throughout London and I absolutely fell in love with Molly’s classes and her style of teaching. Compared to other teachers who follow the same poses and routine, Molly is an extremely versatile practitioner who adjusts the classes to your day, condition and mood and works on the areas that are of concern to you.

As a result, I also started doing private sessions with Molly and my body as well as general wellbeing have improved significantly. Not only is my back not tight anymore but also I have started to understand my body so much better thanks to the various poses, breathing exercises and stretches. Molly really makes you believe in yourself and now I can do poses that I have never even dreamt of. She is one of those teachers who has very high standards, but she is also warm and funny and has so much empathy. I always look forward to our sessions and cannot recommend her enough.

I started doing pregnancy yoga with Molly at 16 weeks and nearly didn’t miss a class until I gave birth. I’m convinced it was key in such a good pregnancy I had. She taught me how to relax by using my breath as well as a number of postures that I used during labour or to ease any pain at home.

I’ve now started attending parent and baby yoga with her to gain some strength back. I feel much better after the class and I really like the fact that she adapts the session to the circumstances as the class develops.

I have known Molly as my yoga teacher for past 3 years. She is very friendly and amiable but a task master when it comes to poses and postures! I enjoy her way of teaching, techniques and methods.
