Private or Small Group Sessions:

I teach private and small group (1-3 people) sessions and courses throughout London. Our sessions together can focus on any of the following:

  • yoga

  • breathwork

  • meditation

  • mindfulness

  • therapeutic anxiety and trauma release

Sessions are available in the comfort of your home or online. Workshop style sessions are also available, providing you the opportunity to hone your skills in particular areas of interest.

Format:

I teach individual sessions (typically 1-2 hours per session) or 12-hour courses.
