Molly's classes integrate intelligent, alignment-based asana with nourishing pranayama. She applies thoughtful, perceptive teaching while encouraging students to explore and find their edge.

Molly discovered the benefits of yoga while working as a litigation lawyer juggling two jobs in an often stressful environment. After years of yoga practice and a continual curiosity, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training course with YogaWorks Los Angeles in 2012.

Since moving to London, Molly has continually expanded her yoga education. In addition to numerous workshops and intensives, she has completed the following additional trainings:

  • Pregnancy Yoga - The Life Centre

  • Postnatal and Parent+Baby Yoga - TriYoga

Molly is honoured to have studied with Jeanne Heileman, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Judith Hanson Lasater, Nadia Narain, Kristin Campbell, Jason Crandell and other inspiring souls and shares their wisdom in every class.

Molly currently teaches classes throughout London and offers one-to-one private and small group sessions.
