Tapasya Hot Yoga

a powerful and nurturing practice consisting of an alignment-based sequence to develop strength and improve flexibility. many of the postures in this sequence massage the lymphatic system and aid in lymphatic drainage, assisting the elimination of infection and bacteria.

the practice detoxes the body, relaxes the mind and feeds the soul. you will leave class feeling refreshed with a healthy glow.


Fertility and Early Pregnancy Yoga

specific yoga-based exercises designed to help you relax and enhance your fertility.  the focus is on creating space and ease and on optimising blood flow to muscles and connective tissues in the lower pelvis. this activates the loops that link ovaries and hormonal pathways during the menstrual cycle and also in the early phases of conception and implantation.

fertility yoga classes extend to14 weeks of pregnancy, when the placenta has become fully functional and miscarriage risk is considerably lower.

Postnatal Yoga

this class includes breath work, toning, strengthening, stretching, with a focus on opening tight shoulders, core strength and pelvic floor recovery. a series of alignment-based postures will tone and strengthen your muscles, improve your posture and combat fatigue.

Vinyasa Flow

classes focus on use of breath to move between postures to promote balance, endurance and focus throughout the body.

Mum, Dad + Baby Yoga

rejuvenate, nurture and relax with your baby! a wonderful way to keep active, present and calm while connecting with your baby. these classes are a great opportunity to enjoy the yoga community of new parents.

in addition to asana practice for mum and dad, classes include baby massage, nursery rhymes and of course a well-deserved relaxation.
